| The Virtual Printery was developed for the "Gutenberg Year 2000". It travels as ambassador for the city of Mainz and the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. At all public functions, guided tours are offered; children's tours are a matter of course. Over 21000 guests have visited the Virtual Printery up to date.
